    Tree Juice Maple Syrup CSA

    SIGNUP DEADLINE: Friday March 28th

Become a member of the Tree Juice Maple Syrup CSA (Community Supported Agriculture). Members pay up front and receive a share of the farmer's bounty.

This style of commerce is incredibly helpful to your maple syrup producers. It helps offset next season's start-up costs (tubing, taps, bottles, labels, etc). In addition, it allows for the maple producers to plan the season's production needs based on member demand.

Our goal is to include you in our process so that you know exactly what goes into producing the Tree Juice Maple Syrup that you enjoy on your pancakes!

You can choose the grade of your syrup: Golden, Amber, Dark or Very Dark.

Golden grade maple syrupAmber grade maple syrupDark grade maple syrupVery Dark grade maple syrup
GOLDEN color, Delicate maple flavor, mild and subtle. Fabulous on your pancakes or ice cream.
AMBER color, Rich maple flavor, medium bodied. One of the most popular table syrups. (Jake's favorite!)
DARK color, Robust maple flavor, full bodied and our most popular variety. Superb in coffee and everything else!
VERY DARK color, Strong maple flavor, super dark and flavorful. Excellent for cooking or baking. (Ryan's favorite)

    Great maple syrup

I recently subscribed to the CSA and got the 4 quart variety of the different syrup grades. Love the unique profile of each syrup and have enjoyed experimenting with different ways to use each. Highly recommend.

    A GALLON of sweet!

For the 2nd year we ordered the gallon CSA share and it is the best deal out there. We love the very dark. Tempted by the split...some of several different grades but we stayed true to our standard. The order was fulfilled quickly and, as we are not local, it was shipped. Packaging is incredible and it arrives intact.
The gallon seems like more than we would need in a year but somehow we use it (in SO MANY things) that we are always out by the time the next CSA rolls around. Of course that gives the opportunity to try different flavors as "bridge syrup" to get us to the next big drop.
Also, while the syrup is the big attraction, the people at TJ are fantastic. On several occasions we have had questions are they are quick to respond.

We have been getting your syrup for years and use it whenever we need to sweeten anything. Many thanks for all of your hard work!

    Amazing Syrup

I enjoy your syrups, I usually get the lightest type because I use it in recipes to replace sugar, and it is delicious and versatile, glad to be a part of your CSA.

    Very Dark Golden Goodness!

We use the very dark golden goodness on our GF waffles on the weekends and I use it to bath the cured bacon slabs in before they go into the wood fired smoker. Many uses for this wonderful stuff!
